A Transposed-Word Effect Across Space and Time: Evidence from Chinese
Data for error rates and correct response latencies, R analysis script and other resources for an experiment investigating grammaticality decisions for sentences containing transposed words in Chinese. Stimuli were presented using either parallel visual presentations or serial visual presentations.
The files include the overall dataset as an excel file and .csv files for errors (acc.csv) and response times for corrected responses (rt.csv). We also include the R script used for the generalised linear mixed effects analysis of errors and linear mixed effects analysis of correct response times, with nested-models to examine transposed-word effects in the different display types.
