We would like to thank Drs. Prieto-Centurion, Artis, and Coultas for their interest in our article. We wholly agree with the points raised with respect to the need to support the sustained adoption of healthy lifestyle behaviors. The focus of our article was to explore alternative approaches to pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) that would increase its availability and uptake while not diluting its effectiveness. However, as the authors point out, the challenge of maintaining the benefits of rehabilitation, irrespective of the mode of delivery, should not be overlooked.
